腰痛や肩こり、更年期障害の症状などで困ってはいませんか？

疲れが取れにくい、痛みがあって快適に過ごせない。
何をやっても一時しのぎで根本的な改善ができない。
やりたいことも出来なくなって、やる気がわかない。
この先どうなるのかと思うと不安しかない…

私は、子供の頃からとても元気で、ケガをして病院に行くことはあっても、大人になってからは風も引かず、我が子がインフルエンザにもなっても、移される事も無かったので、自分は健康だと思っていました。

ところが

48歳の時に子宮がんをわずらい、子宮、卵巣を全摘することになってしまいました。

術後、関節の痛みや倦怠感、更年期障害のような症状に悩まされ、このまま年をと取っていったらどうなるのか？と、考えたらとても不安になりました。

朝、起きると関節が痛み、手をつくと手首が痛い、足をつこうとすると足の甲が割れるんじゃないかと思うほどの激痛で動き始めるのが大変でした。
指に力が入らず、ビンの蓋や缶のプルタブすら開けられなくなった時は本当に情けなくなりました。
動くことが好きだったのでスポーツは何でもしましたし、年齢の割には体力もある方だと思っていたので、当たり前にできていたことができなくなることが一番辛くて自信を無くしました。

治療は何をやっても一時しのぎで軽減しない、地味な痛みこそいつまでも続きました。

それから4年くらいたった時、このまま年をとってやりたいこともできないで生きていくなんて嫌だ！！と本気で思い始めた時に姿勢改善のメゾットに出会い、姿勢を整えただけで、嘘みたいに今までの痛みが無くなりました。ところが、何日か経つとまた痛みが戻ってきました。

そしてレッスンを受けるとまた良くなって…教わった通りにやってるつもりでも正しく身にに付けるのは自分だけでは難しいと思いました。

見渡せば、私だけじゃなく、同じような症状で困っている同年代の方がたくさんいることにも気づきました。

私自身がそうだったように、姿勢は気になるけど、正しい姿勢がわからない、やってみるけどあっているのかわからない、気を付けていても続かない…という方がほとんどでした。

教えてあげたい！ということと、自分自身もやり続けなければまた再発するかもしれないので、真剣に学んで人に伝えながら続けていこうと思いました。

学んだ事を家族や友人、大切な人へ伝えていくうちに、伝えた方が元気になって、また自信を持てるようになってくれるのを見て、こんなに喜んでもらえるなら真剣にとり組んで、生涯の仕事としていきたいと思うようになりました。

姿勢のメソッドはとても簡単です。
だからこそ続けるのが難しいです。

まずは正しい姿勢を知ってもらうこと。姿勢が変わると気持ちも変わること。姿勢だけじゃないたくさんの事が変わることを1人でも多くの方に知っていただきたいです。大切な人へ、そして大切な人の大切な人へ。クラウドファンディングを通じてお届けできたらと思いスタートしました。

この姿勢のメソッドが必要な方にお届けできたら嬉しいです。

いざスタート！と思った矢先にコロナが発生･･･

人のお役に立てる仕事として真剣に取り組みたいと思い、フルタイムの仕事を辞め、さあスタートと思った矢先、コロナで全く人に会えなくなってしまいました。

コロナ渦で運動不足や体調を崩す方も増え、なんとか姿勢を伝えられないかと考え、オンラインでレッスンを始めたところ、とても喜んでいただく事ができました。

オンラインにしたことで東京をはじめ北海道や大阪、福井、海外はニュージーランドやアーストラリア、サンフランシスコ、オースチンなどとも繋がらせていただくことができ、たくさんの方にお伝えできる可能性も広がりました。

SNSの可能性、そしてクラウドファンディングを活用させてもらうことで、なぜ私が姿勢をお伝えしたいのかを知っていただいて、共感していただけた方に伝わっていく事は私にとってもとても嬉しい事なので、姿勢と歩き方を変えるだけで人生がもっともっと輝いてくるょ！ということをクラウドファンディングを通じてたくさんの方に知っていただけたらと思いました。

正しい姿勢と歩き方を身に付けていただくことで、体調を改善し、体と心が元気になっていきます。

体が重くてやる気がでない、もう年だから…と諦めないで、毎日を快適にやりたいことを我慢しないでできる体を体感しながら、5年後、10月年後を目標にワクワクしながら想像できるようなっていきます。

毎日、当たり前に立って、歩いていますが、その当たり前を見直して、いい習慣を身に付けることで、これからの人生が本当に変わっていきます。

病院や薬に頼らないで自分の体は自分でケアできるようになることは医療費の削減にもなり社会貢献にも繋がります。

元気な人が増えるといいエネルギーがあふれ、嫌な事件なども減り、社会が明るくなっていくと思います。

便利すぎる世の中、ストレス社会で不健康な人が増えている中、姿勢と歩き方で1人1人の意識が変わることで世の中も必ず変わると信じています。

姿勢（骨盤）矯正をして正しく立つことで、60分後には腰を立てて立つことが出来ます。姿勢と歩き方を変えたことで6ヶ月後には78歳の母でもここまで変化しました。（下記写真1枚目）

そして9か月後には肩の力みも抜けて綺麗に立てるようになりました。（下記写真2枚目）
